I was desperate for help, due to a medical emergency that riveted me at home for 3 weeks, when I first contacted Crystal. I had 4 closings in that 3 week period of time I was stuck at home. Those closing included RE-10 Inspection compliance visits, home owner walk throughs, closing statement reviews, and of course the actual closings themselves. To my discredit, I was a one man band. I had no systems in place for such an emergency. Crystal and her team took right over, met with my clients, held their hand through all the steps including closing and everything worked out perfectly.
